  • Olive Oil Tours
Start with an aromatic and traditional Gozitan coffee and sweets. Explore the serene olive grove with a guided talk on farming, harvest and oil-making practices before we move into the tasting area with Ta’Pinu Basilica as the backdrop. Taste and enjoy the artisan oil direct from the grove and learn about its notes and features. Build and create your own Gozitan snack using local produce such as woodfired hobza (bread), capers, kunserva (tomato conserve), traditional ġbejna (cheese), olive oil of course and more. Enjoy the local produce and breathtaking views with a glass of local, homemade wine in hand.
